Catherine Lawlor

Catherine is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Owner of Complete Connective Therapies in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland.


During the day she works as an RMT, mentor, and business owner. She is a certified Graston Technique Provider who also focuses her continuing education training in myofascial and cupping techniques. She works with patients of all ages, abilities, injuries, and activity levels with honesty, earnesty, and a desire to learn and mentor constantly.


Catherine was born in St. John's and grew up in Mount Pearl and then Conception Bay South. A former boxer and kickboxer, fitness and activity have always been important to her. More recently, she is continuing to learn new recipes in her air fryer, trying to practice yoga without falling over, and master puppy training.


Catherine is married to her husband, Sean, has two sons Brady and Kasem, and a new adorable puppy, Dash.

Erin Power

Registered Massage Therapist

Erin has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2013 and has been with Complete Connective Therapies since 2020.


During the day she works as an RMT and enjoys focusing on TMJ and deep tissue treatments. Erin is a certified Graston Technique Provider, is trained in cupping techniques and is studying myofascial treatments.


Erin was born in St. John's and now lives in Mount Pearl with her sweet little kitty Brewster. She enjoys curling up with a good book and a glass of wine, and is constantly in search of the perfect butter chicken.


Erin offers appointments on Saturdays and Wednesday evenings and is accepting new patients.

Crystal Shannahan

Registered Massage Therapist

Crystal is a Registered Massage Therapist who has graduated from the Eastern Academy Massage Therapy program in 2019. She offers both therapeutic and relaxation treatments using a variety of techniques. Crystal is a certified Graston Technique Provider and also enjoys treatments deep tissue, myofascial, cupping, gua sha, paraffin wax, and hot stones. 


While not at work Crystal’s hobbies include learning to play the piano, listening to music, drawing, sudoku puzzles and other creative activities. She also loves animals. Specifically, dogs and skinny pigs. Even though she currently does not have a pet she will always have a cute story or photo to share with you.

Braden Upshall

Registered Massage Therapist

Braden is a Registered Massage Therapist who has moved to Nova Scotia. To have your information forwarded to him, please contact the clinic.


Braden graduated with academic distinction in 2019 from Eastern Academy. Specializing in manual tissue manipulation techniques such as deep tissue treatment, active releases and cupping therapy, he focuses on getting to the root issues of your pain or dysfunction through testing and patient interviews. Braden works hard to create a safe and inviting treatment space where patient and therapist can work together to develop active treatment plans. With Braden you can ensure your problems will be heard and you’ll get comprehensive care where you play an active role in your recovery.


Braden was born in St. John’s and was raised on the Burin Peninsula in a small town (technically a village) called North Harbour until he moved to town for schooling in 2016. When not at work Braden enjoys a very active lifestyle and is an absolute animal lover. He can typically be found with his beloved dog by his side either hiking through the woods, fiddling away at his workbench or tinkering with anything that has a motor.


Braden is excited to be working with both his existing and new patients.
